Comfort care, community, and support for every chronically ill patient and caregiver — regardless of financial means.
"Flow of Care Foundation exists to ensure that no chronically ill patient or caregiver faces their journey alone — providing comfort, resources, education, and community support to every patient and caregiver, regardless of financial means."
Founded in February 2026 in honor of VeAnna (Vee) Poulsen, Flow of Care was born from one daughter's search to make her mother's infusion days more bearable. The resources existed — but most patients never found them, and many couldn't afford them. We exist to close that gap.

Read Vee's StoryOur kit delivery program is currently in development, pending 501(c)(3) approval and partner agreements. Here's the model we're building toward.
A partner oncology provider will give the patient a card with a unique code — QR or text — at the time of diagnosis or scheduling.
The patient or caregiver will use the code to create a free account on flowofcare.com and place their kit order — at no cost, ever.
Each kit item will ship directly from its vendor to the patient's home, arriving before their first treatment day. Flow of Care will ship its own items separately.
"Being chronically ill is hard enough. You shouldn't also have to fight to find the support you deserve."
